US Judge Orders Release of Alleged Epstein Suicide Note for Public Review
An American court has ordered the publication of a handwritten letter which is believed to have been penned by Jeffrey Epstein, one month prior to his death in August 2019. The seven-line letter was supposedly discovered in the book that belonged to Epstein’s former jailmate, Nicholas Tartaglione, after a failed suicide attempt. In the letter, Epstein writes that “after months of looking for something – nothing” was found and that “it is a treat to be able to pick one’s time to say goodbye.” Despite the fact that the authenticity of the letter has yet to be confirmed by the United States Department of Justice, Judge Kenneth Karas ruled it necessary to publish it for the sake of transparency.
